Problem with the second screen not functioning.
attempted HDMI to VGA conversion but Windows doesn’t acknowledge it, so it’s not working. VGA also doesn’t handle 1920x1080 resolution, which is why I switched to IGUI.
It's an analog signal, which can cause picture quality issues. The result depends on your cable quality. Use the DVI port on your monitor, either with an HDMI or DP converter based on your GPU's available ports. Lower the resolution on your Acer monitor until you see a clear image.
The issue is I can't lower the resolution because Windows doesn't display another monitor, and when I try to detect monitors it only shows the Dell.
No compatible adapter needed since the RX 570 includes a DVI port identical to the monitor
Check the monitor settings to see if it’s set to auto or DVI. I’m using a Dell 30 3007 and have tried many others, so they all need specific ports configured in Windows for proper display. You’ll also need a dual DVI cable because your screen requires 2600x1600 resolution, but these cables can fail over time—consider using a higher-quality one if you want reliable performance.
