Using your old RX 470 was fine, but after switching to an IGPU it stopped working. Now you're on an RX 570, though it doesn't cooperate—mirroring works in BIOS but Windows won't recognize the second screen. Could be driver issues or hardware mismatch.

The second screen supports DVI and VGA, while my 570 lacks VGA, leaving me with just DVI for use.

It seems your Acer monitor is displaying an unsupported resolution in Windows. Try reducing the window resolution and observe the changes. For 1080p, consider using a DVI to HDMI or DisplayPort adapter. The maximum VGA resolution is 640 x 480.
