Just purchased: Ryzen 2700x from Asus, TUF B450M-Pro, gaming setup with Corsair domplat 3000 C15. All components plugged in, only LEDs and fans visible. Motherboard speaker works fine. I might attempt to reposition the CPU and reconnect any power cable from the PSU to the motherboard. If you possess a 24-pin test starter for the PSU, run it through to determine if the power supply is the issue.

The 2700x lacks an integrated graphics processor. Do you possess a separate graphics card?

What graphics card are you using? Does it need additional power? Is your CPU cooler functioning properly after turning on the system? Have you attempted to boot from a USB drive? Typically, I replace all power connectors, reinstall the RAM sticks, and then swap them out. If none of these steps work, I remove the CPU and reattach it.
