Remove your GPU entirely (power included) and reinstall it. I experienced a similar problem two days ago with a new build using an RX 570—no sounds, just a blank screen.

The board must include status LEDs to monitor its condition. Verify their operation when the board is active. If it "hangs" on the CPU LED, it indicates a CPU or related issue. A proper response should display an error code or beep along with no RAM detected.

Check if the CPU power connector is securely connected. If the CPU LEDs aren’t lighting up, it’s likely a faulty CPU. Determine whether it’s a new or refurbished unit. Remove the CPU and inspect for bent pins or incorrect orientation before reassembly.
