I got my new keyboard and mouse today, the Corsair K70 Pro mini wireless and the Razer Death Adder V3. After connecting them, everything functioned properly until I installed the Razer Synapse for the mouse and keyboard. They stayed on but didn’t respond. The BIOS worked fine, but I couldn’t log into the desktop. After waiting and restarting several times, plugging in my original devices fixed the issue. Once on the desktop, the new mouse started working again. I updated the Death Adder firmware and the latest iCUE software for the keyboard. After installation, both stopped responding once more. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? Should I uninstall the Razer software?

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, ensure you provide complete system details. List specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
Do you plan to connect new peripherals to a donor system? Check if the same issue appears there after installing their apps. This could indicate a conflict with other software. What are the specifications of your previous peripherals?
