Hey there, I noticed your new PC isn't powering on properly. When you try to start it, you only get a buzzing sound from the power supply and nothing else. The fans aren't turning, and the LED lights on the motherboard aren't lighting up. You mentioned the specs and have already tested another power supply, but it still didn't work. Choosing an 8GB single stick RAM with a 13700F requires updating your BIOS for compatibility. For using a F-series CPU, you'll also need a separate discrete GPU.
If your board supports bios flashback, you might use it or you need a 12th generation CPU to change the BIOS for compatibility with the motherboard. I’m not sure that’s the main problem now (even if it works, you probably still need to upgrade the BIOS). It’s likely your PSU or board is faulty because of its poor reputation. Also, verify that the front panel switch isn’t damaged and connect it directly to the power switch jumper on the board.
