They were leaving when you checked the OCP, and they weren't triggering issues properly. A CPU and motherboard shouldn't create that same problem. If the OP is pushing a 750W PSU to its limits, it would make sense to upgrade, but they haven't experienced failure yet.

The other PSU included the cables inside it, while this power supply offers detachable cables at both ends, meaning each cable is properly placed in the PSU.
