Is there an alternative method to access UEFI BIOS from Windows? Navigate to settings, then choose Recovery under Advanced Start-up, click Restart now, select Troubleshoot, pick Advanced options, then set UEFI Firmware settings. This is what I found online. I haven’t tried it myself, maybe because I’m not up to date with new techniques.

You're seeing the same 'Out of Range' error repeatedly, appearing on a blank screen until you press Enter, then it switches to W11 normally.

Search for the answer by entering it into the TV, then use SPAM DEL/F2 to access BIOS. Turn on CSM and turn off Fast Boot, press F10 to save changes. Reconnect to the monitor—this should work!

Out of range occurs when an unsupported resolution and/or hz is sent to the monitor. During startup before Windows it appears to use such settings that aren't supported, but once loaded it adjusts to a supported one. Typically, resolution and hz should be low enough for all monitors, indicating your screen might not support lower settings. You mentioned it functioned during boot and in BIOS when connected to the TV. Are there any display options in BIOS for adjusting resolution and hz? You could set it to a standard like 720p 60Hz, or similar. If that doesn't work, try configuring it according to what works in Windows.

Attempted every method, but bios screen remains absent. Connected TV directly to BIOS as usual—followed the necessary steps in BIOS. It seems the monitor may not be compatible with the new MSI board.

I think the problem might be related to the monitor's refresh rate. It seems very likely it will default to 640x480 at 60 Hz. Any display or graphics card should be able to show that setting. Try adjusting the monitor settings without any connected device and observe if it sticks to a rate above 60 Hz or if it resets back to the original factory values.

bro, i have the same problem too. I found a link on Reddit about NVIDIA firmware updates for DisplayPort 1.4. It seems to work for some GPUs, like my GTX 1070 from ASUS RogStrix. For others, such as the GTX 3060 RTX 30 series, it functions perfectly. Just press the next two times after loading, like in the screenshots. It’s not an issue with the hardware speed—it’s more about a driver that recognizes the monitor ID. My XG259QNS from ASUS RogStrix works fine, but with my LG GL650F-B at 144Hz, it only works in the OS. In BIOS it doesn’t respond at all.
