Recreate the previous successful build, verify its functionality, and begin exchanging components until you reach the desired version. Occasionally devices malfunction, which is unavoidable.

Reinstall the power connections. If the power supply unit is modular, verify that the cables are completely locked in place on that side too. Which motherboard indicators are lit?
