In fact, I also overlooked mentioning that it performs the same action when I do OCing on my current RIG, so don't lose hope just yet, lol. I'm sure with any hardware configuration, as long as it doesn't drain your electricity bill lol.

Are there other peripherals linked to the PC besides the keyboard and mouse?

I only have an HDMI cable, but I've also tried DP.

It seems the BIOS requires an update for that CPU. Fortunately, the motherboard offers BIOS Flashback functionality. Find instructions on how to use it.

Hey there! I understand now! The only thing I can do is put the PC outside the case and check how it behaves.

Check for any possible rogue stand-off that might be affecting the connection. Before proceeding, consider disconnecting all front panel wires from the motherboard and testing the power connections.

Jumped into the case again, same issue. Built it outside with only one stick of RAM, CPU, cooler, and PSU. Still repeating the same actions. Just looping. Really strange.

attempting to test (in case there is a capacitor holding too much charge, this boot loop happened on an older PC i built)
switch off the power supply from the power supply button
keep the power button pressed on the pc case for a minute
wait for the pc to restart briefly, then check if it starts again this is normal it’s just releasing any remaining electricity
restart the pc from the power supply
if that doesn’t work, proceed with
removing the m.2 nvme and all connected hard drives from the motherboard as it might be trying to boot M.2 or data disks in standby
if unsuccessful, take the motherboard out of the pc case and inspect for any loose components that could cause a short circuit
use only one RAM stick in slot 2 if it fails to function then try using the second stick only in slot 2
