It's in a minimal setup now—just the CPU, one stick of RAM, a cooler, and power supply. No extra components. How is it managing all this?

It's often due to RAM or CPU problems, but occasionally a faulty motherboard is the cause. What CPU cooler are you using?

NZXT Kraken 240 AIO also works, and the CPU is the sole component I haven't tested from my previous setup.

Attempt a single stick in slot a1. If no luck, try the alternative stick in slot a1. If still unresolved, it could be your CPU or motherboard. My inclination is toward the motherboard.

I personally believe the board or BIOS flash didn't function properly. You might want to try reflashing the BIOS again if you haven't already.
