I am assembling a PC for a friend and encountering some posting difficulties. As shown in the video, the DRAM light is yellow, the CPU light is red, and the VGA light is white. I have conducted extensive research on this issue and tried various solutions as outlined below.

What I've Attempted:
- Resetting CMOS
- Placing RAM sticks in separate slots
- Using different PCIE slots
- Connecting HDMI and DP cables
- Thoroughly checking each component physically
- Verifying all power connections
- Updating BIOS via USB Flashback
- Switching to different M.2 slots
- Reinstalling the entire system twice
- Installing GPU on a separate machine (it worked)
It remains stuck in this cycle until I shut it down. Once it reaches the white VGA light, the fans start increasing slightly as if attempting to post. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It might seem a bit odd, but it could actually be quite effective. I ran a virtual test bench with these specifications and it was delivering 673 Watts into the system, which is why the 650-watt PSU wasn’t performing well. I’d suggest using something in the range of 700 to 750 Watts instead. This issue occurs frequently—when we build a new system, turn it on, and it fails to POST because there wasn’t enough power initially. It’s frustrating, but worth considering.

Currently, I'm checking with just the CPU, power supply, cooler, and RAM. Was this the issue all along? I have an old, heavily used 750W PC that I could test.

It's actually a 700W unit, yet I'm still experiencing the same problem. It keeps looping the QLEDs.

How long have you left the system doing that. I recently did a New Build test redux via OCing everything to Max & it took at least 20 minutes for me to get a responsive POST from the system so....................maybe it's doing a MemTest Config or something. This is also why I use ROGs' Maximus Mobo cuz they have Q-Codes to indicate the problem if ever lol . . . consider if ever to switch CPU brands to Intel as this is also why I don't use AMD anymore . . . I'm also sponsored by ROG too and they highly recommended towards me that Intel is a better source for troubleshooting these new days as Q-Code Mobos are the new thing lol . . . helps out a lot of problems . . .

There's no possible way that PC would pull anywhere near 673 watts during boot. Seemed an odd recommendation.
Anyways, have you tried re-seating the CPU?

I should note that when it reaches white (VGA), it sounds like it's very near the end. Just no display and the cycle continues.
