If the PSU is functioning properly, you should focus on other components and systems. Next steps might include checking the power supply connections, testing the motherboard, verifying RAM stability, and inspecting the GPU or storage devices.

Consider the motherboard and possibly the GPU. At that stage I’d send it to a repair shop for individual testing. Otherwise you’re risking wasted money on random parts. If the issue isn’t with the power supply unit, it turns into a trial of swapping components until you locate the faulty one.

Really frustrating with this component setup. I was checking HWINFO voltages and didn’t notice any unusual drops before the system crashed. The only odd thing was the +12V dropping to 11.904V. If I need to replace the motherboard GPU or similar, maybe it’s time to upgrade and give up on this deal.

At the moment it's hard to say for sure. However, you can install your GPU into the other PCIe X16 slot you have available, since there are two of those. Give it a try!

I connected my Quadro M4000 to a different port (the 950 wouldn’t work due to the many cables from my non-modular power supply) and updated the drivers using DDU. I ran Heaven Benchmark, but the game crashes still happen.

indicates the issue isn't with the slot, possibly related to the motherboard itself. It makes it unlikely the problem is RAM or CPU, so I’d consider swapping the PSU. The fact that the GPU connection doesn’t matter suggests the GPU might not be the cause. I’m still open to exchanging the PSU as suggested, but if that fails we could examine your motherboard. However, if it’s your motherboard, upgrading with a new socket and motherboard might be a better option.

It's likely the PSU you're considering is already sold out. I plan to purchase a tester to verify its condition before buying, rather than risking a faulty unit and facing return issues. If it checks out fine, I'll upgrade the socket, new motherboard, and possibly add fans and a case—like the HAF 912 you mentioned. Your advice is really helpful compared to what others have said.

I come from an area where I’d order it from Amazon and send it back if needed. If you need assistance with that, just create another post in a different channel—it mainly depends on your preferences. I got really excited thinking about shipping it back, but I’m trying not to disturb my PC while checking things. The Dark Rock Pro 4 is perfect for a CPU cooler; it’s a water-cooled AIO with six case fans and a 4-in-2 fan setup. You’ll also see old posts showing Noctua fans on an older 2060Super, and I think those Bequiet fans are still there. For a case, Fractal Design Meshify S2 works well. Ultimately, it comes down to your build goals. I’d rather choose an airflow case and run the fans at low speed—quiet operation is all you need. No need for an extra-fancy air cooler or AIO for a Ryzen 3600. Hope this helps!
