They all activated as expected, though I’m not sure the sequence. Each one lit up briefly before the system would display a green flash continuously, indicating everything was functioning properly.

It seems you're checking for a boot device. Have you attempted connecting the USB and allowing it to initialize, observing if a display appears in Windows Installer?

I recently used it and connected the USB with the media installer file directly onto the motherboard without any interaction. I also tried it before with the USB on the front using the power button, and it didn’t work. Also, without plugging in a USB.

Check if the keyboard and mouse are activated. Can you share photos of the build? We might spot something overlooked.

Asus boards require Del or Delete to access the BIOS. It seems the keyboard might not be recognized. Consider using a different keyboard. Note: Your Asus Repair Kit is prepared, but please don't use it immediately.

Ensure the 8-pin connector is fully seated. The +2 pins may not be completely in place. After displaying, rearrange the RAM sticks to the right slot one by one.
