I pushed the 2 pins in. When you mean "Once I get it to show display," do you mean once I see that the PC is showing something on the monitor or when it enters BIOS? Or option 3, I turn it on and let it display "NO INPUT" on the monitor before moving the RAM to the right?

Connect them before the main connector. This step can be handled later. The other two dimming ports are the preferred ones for RAM. Also, clearing CMOS and removing the battery doesn't always work; use the header on the motherboard instead.

The problem isn't that it's not going into BIOS. I'd bet it does, there's just no video out for you to be able to see it. Does the graphics card work in your computer?

It should be, the indicator that signals power is active is visible as shown in the photo, and it’s firmly installed. It also appears new, not refurbished or anything.
