You're experiencing connectivity issues despite strong Wi-Fi signals. Some sites load quickly while others, like Costco.ca or Gamesworkshops, are slow or unresponsive. Speed tests show inconsistent results, and pinging 8.8.8.8 reveals packet loss. Your router was reset and your ISP mentioned troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists across devices. It might be related to network congestion, ISP issues, or device-specific settings.

It seems your connection is dropping unexpectedly. Try sending a ping to 8.8.8.8 -t. This should keep it running continuously; you should receive replies, but if some get through while others time out, the problem lies elsewhere. If possible, connect your device directly to the router and see if the issue persists. That would point to a wireless or network issue on your end. Based on what you're experiencing across multiple devices, it looks like the router or your ISP might be causing the trouble.

Checking 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data: request failed.
Request timed out.
Repeated timeout occurrences.
Continuous timeouts observed.

Occasionally it launches, usually it stays closed. During the speed check, it claims to be okay even when it isn't.

You need 50 megabits down and 10 megabits up. The speed test showed 144 ping with an error.
