It might be the damaged cable connecting your home to the hub. That’s why I was checking what you have—fiber can be delicate, but cables could be too. I’m running out of ideas now.

It might have failed at the hub, but typically the cable is rushed for the majority of the route.

I experienced two Ethernet cables failing this year, but the issue is hidden inside them. By examining one, I found the break and replaced the damaged section with a new connector. Later, I realized another part was faulty. When I opened the broken area, nothing appeared amiss. If it's the cable itself, the technician should recognize the problem immediately.

The technician arrived, turned on my modem, and it functioned properly for ten minutes. After they went, when I returned from work, the device was experiencing issues once more.
