Hey there, I understand things can be tricky with English. Sorry for the confusion. I hired two companies to check my setup, but none found anything. My monitor is 32:9 (5120x1440) and I'm using a 64GB RAM system with an i9-10900x CPU and RTX 3090 GPU. The performance isn't hitting 60 FPS even at 1440p. I've taken a photo of my specs—maybe someone can help identify the issue. Thanks!

Execute a comparison using tools similar to firestrike against other 3090 models. Consider the game settings and monitor performance metrics. Check GPU-Z for temperature readings during tests. If the clock remains steady in GPU-Z while running benchmarks, overheating seems unlikely.

I don't understand how XTU displays 4GB of VRAM. In 3D Mark I have 24,576MB available. Yes, I purchased it from a reliable store.

Check if the NVIDIA Control Panel 3D settings have Power Management enabled at performance level, and confirm if Windows Power Settings are configured for High Performance. Also, verify if any third-party tools allocate more processing power to certain apps.
