Problem encountered with opening your operating system.
You've just assembled your computer for the first time, yet it keeps returning to the BIOS setup screen after turning it on.
It was included with the windows already set up on the motherboard. I reviewed all the accessories before purchasing it, and I received the Asus Prime Z390-P.
Initially, the 89C CPU temperature during BIOS setup raises some concern. Ensure the cooler is securely installed. Also, you appear to have a third RAM stick that differs from the others. Mismatched RAM can cause problems, so I recommend removing it and testing with just two identical sticks for now. Next, turn off XMP settings. After the system stabilizes, you can reactivate it. For simplicity, the image near this photo should display an overview of connected drives and possibly reference 'Windows' or 'boot(loader)' if needed.
Check if any software is already present on the storage device.
The person who asked first wanted to know why the CPU temperature was 89°C even when idle in BIOS. They mentioned checking if they had taken off the plastic film on the bottom of the CPU cooler. They suggested removing all RAM and testing with just one installed, then installing another matching unit and retesting.
the system installs windows on the drives instead of the board, but your cpu is overheating. stop using the machine and address the cooling issue. if you need further assistance, consider creating a thread or seeking in-person help.
Windows isn't compatible with the motherboard. It lacks sufficient storage space—only a small area for the BIOS. Do you have any external drives connected?
Is this a brand new SSD/HDD? If yes, no operating system is installed yet. You’ll need another PC to make a bootable media for Windows... https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10 After installing Windows on your PC, it will start in Windows 10 just like any other (though activation won’t work without a license). Or you can purchase a Windows 10 copy from places like Best Buy or Walmart, which usually includes installation guides.
