ProArt B550 motherboard illuminates VGA light but fails to display BIOS or produces a black screen.
Hey, I'm feeling really stuck. I've been working hard to send a successful POST for the last few hours. When I power on the motherboard using a screwdriver in the front panel header, it attempts to boot everything but gets stuck on a constant white VGA light. After a few seconds, a green BOOT light stays lit, showing a failed boot. I've tried several things: taking out the GPU and reinserting the cable, moving it to a different PCIe slot, reseating the RAM, updating the BIOS via BIOS flashback (PCPartPicker says it supports that model), checking connections like the 24-pin, CPU connector, fan header, and PCIe pins. I also tried reseating the CPU and using a single stick of RAM. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm wondering if the latest BIOS version is necessary or if this specific setup works.
Is this your first installation? Have you already set up Windows yet? If not, do you still have the USB installer connected? Plugging it in should get you to the setup screen. The illuminated boot light indicates it can't locate a boot drive or operating system.
You can access BIOS without an operating system running. After making all the changes for troubleshooting, have you reset the CMOS? That should be the first step.
The problem remains unchanged. I might attempt using Windows. The monitor is connected and displays a black screen. Q-Led cycles three times, switching each light on and off, then it stops at VGA and stays on. About five seconds pass before the green BOOT light appears.
