Could you confirm whether the installation requires a GPU? I’d consider running it without one if possible.

I've already tried these steps: took the GPU and other parts off, connected the HDMI to the motherboard, moved the GPU to a different PCIe slot, reinserted the RAM, and updated the BIOS. I'm double-checking a few things—24-pin connector, CPU connector, fan header, and PCIe pins. Also, I'm reseating the CPU and clearing the CMOS with a jumper through the motherboard's CLRTC pins.
