I really didn’t feel the urge to invest much effort into a character on a server that could be shut down by a court decision. Plus, since quitting progression raiding means just collecting mounts, pets, and achievements, it’s not exactly an exciting path. I’ve enjoyed vanilla games and have some nice memories, but I’m more focused on looking ahead rather than going back. It’s a shame Blizzard didn’t support legacy servers for each expansion—I’d probably be all over WOTLK!
