So there are few things to go about, first there's this video that replaces the PCH fan, it's not on the MB you have, but you could try taking similar steps and being careful and might even end up finding your way out of this, it's worth watching vast majority of the video, or with additional help from the forum, if you don't feel comfortable tackling the next step by yourself, as a very last resort, there's also a small chance the PCH fan isn't entirely needed, you see coolers have heatsinks that passively get heated up and then cooled down, what fans do, is they blow air on the heatsinks to cool them with fresh air that picks up heat from heatsink and takes it away, but if the heatsink manages to do it without fan, there is potential chance the MB might work 100% alright without it, considering the temps of the chip under don't cause any performance issues. by the way, did you just look at the fan, perhaps without the shroud, or did you completely take it out, because if you take a look in the thumbnail, if you haven't tried taking the fan out, the serial number could be on the bottom of it.
