Sure, I tried my best. If it isn’t working, it might be defective.

Sounds like the module is ready, at least I'm feeling confident about it.

I'll attempt it again later. However, I doubt I'll make progress.

The scent combined with the lack of posting likely indicates the issue. For absolute certainty, bring it to a nearby tech store—even if Plays.io has an IT team—and have them run tests on another device.

I placed an order for a fresh motherboard and CPU since I initially assumed the issue was with the CPU, but later discovered it was actually a RAM problem. Now I need to wait before purchasing a replacement.

But honestly, 16GB single-channel should handle it right now. I'm not doing much except running Docker containers and playing light games, so nothing too extreme. Just a short-term fix that should work for now.

Based on my understanding, you may be able to skip replacing the motherboard.

Just confirming, this motherboard has definitely seen quite a bit of use. Switching to the B550 offers more flexibility for future upgrades, since I already have a B450 in place.

Sure, that makes sense. You could likely market it as an unproven board—though the B450 and B550 share similar CPU support, the B450 might require a BIOS update (just in case). By the way, I was hoping to find a B450 board so I might be able to purchase it from you.
