Not sure yet if it's my graphics card. I don't think it's hardware since other games would also have FPS problems.

Attempting to pinpoint the issue. It appears quite unusual right now.
Are you linking to a personal server with the game, or is it the same one you usually use? Have you tried any alternatives?

I attempted to use exitlag as a host for servers so you wouldn't lose your connection, but it still had problems. Offline my FPS is terrible and on matchmaking it's also bad, but community servers work fine. I don't know how it fixed itself twice and then returned to this state, that's what I'm confused about.
