I understand it's simpler to rely on this software, but you're the expert who understands your PC best. You know which drivers are useful and which aren't worth updating, and you can keep better records of public issues that have been reported. In the end, doing what matters truly is worth doing right. Even if the proper drivers don't fix your problem, confirming they're correct helps eliminate something that isn't the real cause. This brings you closer to identifying the issue.

I don't believe I'll ever locate the issue I just installed rainbow six siege to test it, and it performs smoothly at around 306 frames per second in ultra settings with no network or var problems. It seems to be purely csgo. I only downloaded the driver booster as a quick fix, thinking it would install the best drivers or the most recent ones for my system.

I removed my game once more but this time cleared all my userdata folders and it appears to have resolved the issue despite losing all my settings. This seems like the most favorable result so far.

Your Windows version is quite new. You might want to start fresh by installing from the ground up and getting drivers from suppliers. After that, you can recover your data and reinstall software or games.

It seems like only a few years from now, every other game should function properly and resetting will be the last option. I'm confused about why only CSGO is facing problems, though.

What is the model of your power supply?
Have you attempted to detach your GPU and utilize the built-in video as a test to observe any effects?
Are all of your Intel drivers up to date?
