The video's frame rate is approximately 50 to 80 frames per second, but I'm not getting close to 50 fps.

I'm seeing around 50-60 FPS on my i5-3470 with GeForce 660. It's not the absolute top, but it's not too low either. On the i7-4770 and 1060, you should maintain a steady 60 FPS. Of course, some settings won't really make a difference—just tweak them a bit if you want to lower the frame rate. Try avoiding ultra settings; that's the best approach for this issue. Also, in the NVidia menu, switch power management to Adaptive. Make sure your GPU is configured properly and explore all available options to optimize performance.

It really doesn't matter. After a couple of months, the same drivers will feel worn out, and GTA V won't feel fresh anymore. Plus, it's hard to tell if newer drivers actually boost performance in the game.

I mentioned this after an update caused problems in my GTA V, so I rolled back and it fixed it.

Reduce settings to one-fourth and observe the impact. The video lacks MSAA, and higher scaling causes significant slowdown across all games.

It significantly impacts results. The AA versus 4x MSAA showed poor performance on my 1070.
