I'm seeing around 50-60 FPS on my i5-3470 with GeForce 660. It's not the absolute top, but it's not too low either. On the i7-4770 and 1060, you should maintain a steady 60 FPS. Of course, some settings won't really make a difference—just tweak them a bit if you want to lower the frame rate. Try avoiding ultra settings; that's the best approach for this issue. Also, in the NVidia menu, switch power management to Adaptive. Make sure your GPU is configured properly and explore all available options to optimize performance.
