sorry, but I don't use 57.6 fps because it causes stuttering or anything like that. Many players run the game at 30-40 fps. Frame drops occur when too many calculations need to be made again, which I've noticed on various systems. For example, if you die and respawn at a hospital screen, it drops significantly—that's normal. Especially if you play this on a monitor set to 21:9: GTA V IS A HEAVY AND ULTRA GENIUS BIG GAME. You might fix the issue of only around 57 fps by using a Titan X or a 980 Ti.

The drops will occur consistently, which is what I mean. Just add a random program, lower your quality, remove the cap, aim for 70 fps, and you'll have fun.
