I don’t understand how to fix this problem. I’ve been playing the game for about three months and still can’t enjoy it. I’ve checked many forums, but nothing helps. I’m really frustrated and feel like giving up on PC gaming. If I can’t solve it, I might sell my computer. I’m thinking about switching back to PS4. Please help me!
Nvidia optimised configurations have been effective from the beginning, allowing you to adjust them as needed. You can fine-tune them yourself for better performance.
V-sync is enabled. When your frame rate falls below 60 FPS on a 60Hz display, the game will stutter.
They claim the 970 is a 1080p Ultra setting at 60 fps, but it doesn't guarantee the frame rate stays constant. The same applies to the 290x.
ITS DROPPING 2.4 FPS O GOD NO PLS SOMEONE SAVE THIS MAN O LORD WHAT A TRAGEDY O GOD WHAT HAS HAPPENED HOLY SHIT
Thanks for the feedback. My display is native 2560X1080P with around 2.5GB VRAM. Even with normal settings, it still stutters. I've adjusted everything and it keeps dropping about 3 frames during stutters, just as often at 30fps. It seems to keep running at 60fps constantly except when it stutters, which is why I'm upset. This isn't due to my settings or VSync—it's something else entirely.
