The specific GPU I own is a GeForce 210, which is significantly inferior, and I believe it wouldn’t be wise to proceed with this setting.

The GTX650 defaulted to 800x600 due to insufficient power, though it could run at 1920x1080. VRAM usage exceeded by 300MB even at lower resolutions, and at 800x600 it still consumed over 600MB. In your view, upgrading to a better system would be the best solution.

It's a big question, but using an FM2+ motherboard, an A10-7850K, and two 4GB RAM sticks sounds possible.

it’s possible the CPU might not be ideal for gaming, even if it seems okay at first. AMD chips aren’t great for gaming, and no amount of fan enthusiasm can reverse that reality. However, because you chose an APU specifically for APU reasons, remember that running games at 800x600 resolution demands a minimum of 600MB of VRAM—APU shared memory could quickly run into trouble.
