Seems like a CS:GO reference. Might need different drivers, particularly older ones.

If you managed to get the frames up, it might still be considered a downgrade. I usually stick with the driver that performs best with the newest game or works reliably. As my current game is Forza Horizon 3, I’ll keep using the 372.90 driver for now.

Turn off Windows DVR. Add -high to the launch settings. No need for a thread launch option at all.
