The lag increased when I pressed the Windows key, just in case you're concerned.

Time measurement is simply the reciprocal of frame rate. At 165 frames per second, each frame takes about 0.00606 seconds—roughly 6.06 milliseconds. The value 6.3 is a bit higher due to a brief spike, but it's typical. It shouldn't be a problem and likely doesn't require fixing.

You're wondering why your game doesn't feel correct despite having a recent purchase. It might help to check the system settings or update the game if possible.

It seems the display is probably the issue. Are you sure GSync is enabled? If not, disable it.

Before proceeding, examine the 0.1% and 1% lows—this might affect smoothness. Another chance is delay from the mouse, keyboard, or screen.

Sure, let me clarify. I’ve got three monitors, but my gaming display still struggles at 165Hz, or even when I try to run it at 60Hz. It feels like there’s a lot of unnecessary tweaking happening.

The display is brand new, and I don’t have the G-Sync feature enabled on my screen, though I do have the Freesync option active. It’s currently turned on.

Same issue, the monitor looks brand new and everything seems fine, including my keyboard. It's brand new, high quality, and nothing seems amiss. My mouse has been with me for about three months now, and it's functioning perfectly. I'm using a DPI of 1600.

Yeah, turning it off doesn’t fix the stuttering. Even without G-Sync or Freesync, the issue remains. I mostly rely on other monitors, but it’s still frustrating. I definitely don’t want that laggy gaming display being a problem for me.

The monitor's brand and model aren't specified. The 0.1% and 1% lows are mentioned but not detailed. Checking the Afterburner OSD for an option is possible.
