From what I've found online so far: 1. Disconnect the HDD while Windows 7 is running. 2. Verify the SSD is in AHCI mode. 3. Set the SSD as the first boot priority. 4. Je kunt Windows 7 installeren op een SSD en vervolgens de bestanden kopiëren. Na het formateren van de HDD kun je deze gebruiken als grote data-storage. Het is niet nodig om AHCI te formateren, en als het niet in de boek is, werkt het wel.

You can keep everything intact, including Windows 7, on your HDD and maintain it as a secondary boot option without losing partitions.
