Another issue occurred with my setup. The Gigabyte B560 HD3 keeps the graphics card active even when I attempt to power it down or enter sleep mode, then it restarts completely. It looks like they included these "Ultra Durable" memory modules for their gaming-focused boards. Even their own Thunderbolt PCIe cards don't work with this motherboard. It's disappointing, especially after updating the BIOS to the newest release last month—still nothing. Time to send it back.
