I reinitialized the CMOS and adjusted the date and time configurations. The sole modification was turning on XMP for my RAM. I plan to use DDU moving forward.

I have a Fractal Design Torrent Nano. With the two provided CPU fans and the powerful front fan, both the CPU and CPU remain within acceptable temperature ranges.

Love the case and the 180mm front fan.
"If you don’t notice 100c, you’re sacrificing CPU performance." (An Intel engineer remark)
Your motherboard configurations might not support turbo boost.
Launch Hwmonitor or HWinfo to monitor clocks and temperatures.
They display real-time data, including current, minimum, and maximum temperatures.
Consider running a CPU-Z stress test.
You should observe some cores reaching 100c, with red highlighting temporary throttling.
That’s acceptable.
Also, use the CPU-Z bench to check single-thread performance ratings.
You’ll likely see a rating around 872: http://valid.x86.fr/bench/971jbu
With 24 threads available, a game will only utilize a small portion—20% of total is normal, suggesting ample processor capacity.
However, if you’re restricted to full usage on one thread, the situation changes.
Open Task Manager and choose the CPU graph.
Right-click and switch to logical processor view.
This provides clearer insight into your CPU’s activity.
It works best with a side monitor for better visualization.

I observed 100c with a maximum of 103c during stress. Performance was comparable for both single-thread and multi-thread configurations.

It appears turbo boost is turned on and remains active regardless of load. The typical frequency range is 5.0 GHz to 5.3 GHz.

Hello everyone. I've been searching for solutions for a while. It's clear that many games I play won't run smoothly, regardless of settings. I'm planning to get a second monitor with a lower refresh rate, probably around 90-100 Hz.
