My computer is starting with "beep codes" I believe you mean. I just swapped the power supply and graphics card today.

link the 18pin plus the split 10pin "ATX24pin" connectors to the PSU side
attach the extra 8pin ATX / EPS connector to the motherboard
power the GPU as well
update the motherboard BIOS using your previous GPU, if it fails to boot afterward

the ATX24pin is linked into both the power supply and the motherboard.
8pin connects to the motherboard and power supply.
the GPU uses both PCIe cables.
updating the BIOS may result in further instructions.
