Hi, I tried the ddu on my RX 580 but it didn't work. Then I forced Gen 3 PCIe instead of auto and it also didn't help. I also disabled CSM in BIOS, which stopped the beeps but the computer still doesn't show anything on the screen. I'm not sure if this means progress or if it's just not beeping anymore because it's not booting properly. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hi this an "off the wall" idea disconnect the PSU hold the power button for about 30 secs to discharge the motherboard take out your CMOS battery overnight then reinstall it. This will set the mother board to default settings. Try reseating the RAM and GPU in the first PCIEX 16 port ensuring the components are secure in place and reseat the GPU power cables. plug in the PSU and try to power it up. See if it beeps again. You want to only hear the POST single beep on startup ideally. 3 beeps can mean a RAM issue or failure. If possible try new matched RAM Sticks. You can also try a single RAM Stick in Slot A2. Lastly the motherboard may be faulty. I hope this helps. Kindly post your results. If this does not work please post your request for help again.
For future users facing the same problem: After testing all options, I chose to boot into BIOS using my old GPU and disabled "LEGACY BOOT" since newer Nvidia cards don't support this feature. This method worked immediately. However, I might need to add my drivers for this GPU as it appears only in hardware info but not in Device Manager or Task Manager performance section.
