I've bought a pre-built PC and I keep having issues. It will randomly crash mainly when under heavy load (gaming or stress testing). Certain games don't crash such as Flight Sim, but CPU demanding games such as Cities Skylines do.
When it crashes there's no BSOD, no error in event viewer - the screen, fans, RGB all stay on EXCEPT 1 stick of ram which goes completely blank as if it's been pulled out. On a couple of occasions it has briefly paused then come back and I've noticed something in Event Viewer along the lines of "Reset to device Raidport0 was issued".
I've done multiple Memtests and it's been fine. I have just downloaded OCCT and it crashed after 10 minutes when performing the CPU+RAM test. I'm going to be doing more testing when I have a little bit more time.
PC Specs
CPU: i9-12900KF
CPU cooler: 360mm ARGB liquid cooler
Motherboard: B760M D3HP (ddr5 - BIOS Ver F6)
Ram: Kingston Fury 5600MT/s CL36-38-38 2x16GB
SSD/HDD: Origin Inception TLC830 pro 1TB / ADATA legend 800 2TB
GPU: Palitt 5070ti Gaming Pro
PSU: Pre-built but presumably new. 850w
Chassis: Vida Visio
OS: Win 11

I will update it now, though since it's pre-built I don't have all the parts available—I'll do my best.
PC crashed during the OCCT Memory test after 10 minutes.
RAM case lists XMP 3.0 but BIOS only allows 1.0 or 2.0. I'm checking if this affects compatibility with the motherboard.

After multiple tests with OCCT, the system froze during memory tests after roughly ten minutes. Removing one RAM stick resolved the issue, allowing it to boot and function normally on OCCT. The second stick, when used alone, caused the PC to fail completely—fans spun rapidly and no RGB indicators appeared. When both sticks are installed together, they operate correctly until testing. I’m fairly certain there’s a faulty RAM stick. Before reaching out for warranty, these observations seem logical.

If it crashes with one stick yet functions normally with another, then you definitely have your answer. When you check with one stick, do you share the same RAM slot for both sticks (the first one from the right side)?

The motherboard seems to have insufficient VRM support, possibly due to thermal concerns with the VRMs.

I used the same slot but it was the second one from the left, not the first. I think I can verify the VRM temperature with CPU-Z soon.

If one of the ram sticks functions properly but the computer crashes when swapping it with the other in the same slot, this indicates a problem. You must replace both sticks together—don't just swap the faulty one, as mixing sticks from different kits is not allowed. Cpu-z does not display temperatures; use HWiNFO instead.

I just shared the replacement RAM under warranty, hoping it gets fixed properly when I get the new ones.

Did you exchange both sticks or just one? As @JayGau mentions, it's necessary to swap both. This ensures a matching pair, preventing mismatched DIMMs from different lots (one outdated, one recent). Sticks from separate batches can impact stability, particularly during overclocking.
