I assume you meant secure erase and not secure boot. If that assumption is correct it should not affect the drive's health.
Performed a fresh installation, but blue screens occurred while updating Windows. Had a single RAM module installed at that time. System service error, fltrmsys detected.
Consider using the alternative stick. If a fltmgr.sys crash occurs once more, storage might be the issue, though it doesn’t seem to be related to storage.
Used a different stick as well, but it also showed a blue screen with fltmgr.sys Minidumps from another stick.
I think you're referring to APC_Index_Mismatch. It's a common issue that often appears with various problems, and wdfilter.sys is part of Windows Defender, similar to FLTMGR.sys but more focused on Defender functionality. I'm not sure what it relates to specifically. Maybe the motherboard? It doesn't seem related to the CPU, GPU, or power supply.
