Hi, this is relating to the issue I had which I got help from here aswell. the outcome of that topic I made resulted in a negative and a positive. positive is that I was able to have my PC boot normally now, the negative is that its only saying that only 7.95 of my RAM is usable despite of having 16gbs installed and also here's the link of my last topic on getting my pc fixed which includes all specs of my pc.:

I would put one RAM stick in and check if it appears in the BIOS. Then turn it off and put the other stick in, seeing if it works. If neither fits, it’s likely there’s an issue with the RAM module itself.

Check if the GPU is connected to the motherboard; it might be using IGPU, but that doesn't resolve the issue with 8GB RAM not appearing.

I've already cleaned it up too, and I've also tested them one at a time to confirm they function properly.

What operating system are you running? Windows 7 Home Basic supports up to 8GB of RAM.

Check for the latest Windows releases. Some users report issues where a broken update locks up significant memory resources.
