Use Windows search for msconfig, launch it, and follow the steps in the instructions provided. If it doesn't appear, run "run" and open Run, then type msconfig to start the program. In msconfig, navigate to the Boot tab and click Advanced Options, ensuring Maximum Memory is off before clicking OK.

Consider exchanging the RAM modules. Simply fill the identical slots and swap the sticks. It often fixed the problem I faced.
