I recently attempted to reinstall Windows 11, and the process progressed a little better. Now it no longer shows the "Windows installation failed" message; instead, a blue screen appears with the text "PC couldn't start properly," followed by error code 0xc0000001.

I used another drive but Windows 11 didn't install. Also, I have a 970 EVO Plus; I should've remembered the latest firmware update.

It seems the issue isn't completely resolved yet, but it's slightly improved. I'm about to end this, thanks to everyone who offered useful advice.
