Just purchased new components for a project and set up Windows 10. Everything functions properly, but during boot I noticed the Task Manager and Resource Monitor indicated 16GB installed while only 8GB were actually used. The rest appears to be reserved for the system. I attempted updates such as updating the BIOS to version 5.90 (Asrock doesn’t suggest newer versions for this R5 1600 AF) and Ryzen chipset drivers. System details: R5 1600 AF, ASRock A550M PRO4, dual 2666MHz SSDs, NVMe 120GB, SATA 256GB SSD, GTX 1650 Super Pegasus, PSU with 400W capacity.
After checking the issue and inserting each stick one by one, the Samsung with HP boots works properly. However, the only Samsung doesn’t display the image, and after a short while the computer stops and restarts, though it still identifies the RAM and there’s something visible on the Samsung that seems slightly bent.
