I observed the issue began around April 27th and 28th. My computers froze after intense gaming sessions, especially during Obs Studio. On April 27th, I played BG3 for about 6.5 hours with no problems, but the next day it froze after roughly 3 hours. I checked all connections, adjusted graphics settings, updated drivers, reinstalled them, and even reformatted the drive. No solution found—unclear why it happened suddenly. Before April 28th everything worked normally. I haven’t made any changes except when streaming with Obs Studio. My system runs smoothly for gaming and YouTube, but not for other tasks. The hardware specs are listed above.

I don't have real-time monitoring data. Please check your system's temperature readings before it crashes.

I haven’t tested the newest BIOS yet—it was just released in January, and this problem began last week. I’m not sure what SSD firmware is; my PC shows all drivers as current. I’ve never heard of Hard Disk Sentinel either, so I’m not sure what it does.

I refreshed my profile details, but it still shows this message each time the system starts.

Buy ram! (no really it's your ram 99.9999999%) Yikes. You should have disabled tpm, but I don't blame you... It's not well known... Well I hope there's a fix for that, not sure. Edit: basically hope you didn't have encryption enabled, or if you did, hope you have the key... If you don't have encryption/bitlocker enabled pressing y should probably be fine, but proceed at your own risk...

Actually, 32GB isn't sufficient RAM!? Everything is working well—when I checked, I didn’t see any prompts asking for encryption or a bit locker, so it should have been fine.

The issue starts when trying to launch a game, as it freezes after opening the second one. The task manager displays this behavior once it becomes stuck.
