Which storage option do you prefer: 16, 32 or 64GB?

It seems you believe the recommendation is correct—two sticks should suffice for most users.

CL18 yes, sorry, it was a typo. Two sticks are more than enough. I was really tired of the gaps in RGB xD

Performed the test and received these settings: NTFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0, ReFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0. Ran another trial with Gen 3 on Windows 11 and it crashed after about five minutes.

TRIM is activated, which means it’s not the usual case. Have you attempted a fresh Windows installation media or switched to another flash drive? It might be the drive itself or it failed to generate the install media correctly. This can occur occasionally. The only other suggestion I have is using Rufus to download the Windows ISO from Microsoft, but you’ll need to check the website carefully. Adjust Device emulation settings for Galaxy Fold, refresh the page, and it will prompt for edition and language. Choose your ISO and proceed—starting now is significantly quicker than the traditional method.

For the window installation, I've used two different USB drives several times. I downloaded the file to one USB, booted from it, installed it, wiped the drive completely, and then downloaded again. Right now I'm just relaxing because my motivation and energy to keep going have faded. It's been five days with little progress. Would trying Rufus on the ISO file help? What makes it different?

It's similar but it usually takes around 10-15 minutes now instead of 30 minutes for Windows media creation. The partition scheme option is helpful. This might be due to the fact that using different hard drives won't cause your Windows to freeze. Edited October 25, 2023 by WackySpace

I talked to Intel recently and Crucial, MSI kept disconnecting. They both suggested it might be the motherboard, but my issue is I don’t have spare parts to try and I don’t have any close friends with a PC nearby, making testing difficult. Probably the problem lies elsewhere. If the installation files load quicker, it might not be as severe. Either way, I’ve reinstalled Windows 11 around three times on various drives and Windows 10 about eight times across different drives (rough guess).
