PC fails to start using two RAM modules.
PC specs include an Intel core i5 10600k with Arctic Freezer 7 X fan, Gskill Ripjaws DDR4 RAM (3200 MHz), two 8GB sticks, an ASRock B560M Pro motherboard, a CORSAIR TX650M power supply, a 2TB Seagate Barracuda SSD, a 240GB M.2 SSD, and Western Digital SSD 240GB M.2 fans. The case features up here 120mm blue LED with thermaltake S100 tempered glass Snow Edition design. The GPU is a GeForce GTX 1070. Recent issues involve boot failures, blue screens, and looping. I attempted to restore BIOS to defaults and reset CMOS but only one RAM stick would boot, regardless of slot. I’m unsure how to resolve this so both sticks work or if selling the current setup is better. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
It doesn't matter which option I choose, as long as only one is connected.
Need additional testing to identify the issue. Take it to a repair shop.
