He had only one clear point: "PC should get more support for split-screen games." Why didn't he just express that earlier? It seems like an absurd remark. Coming from a console background, I find it annoying there aren't enough split-screen options for PC. Split-screen isn't designed for consoles; it's meant for people who have real friends visiting or playing with family. It's not just about consoles. He should focus his concerns on the issue rather than making generalizations about others.

Blackops 3 works with that setup. I operated using my keyboard and a controller, managing one screen at a time across multiple monitors. It seems to accommodate up to four controllers, though two might be the limit. I tried a PS4 controller; an Xbox One would have been simpler.

I realize now I misinterpreted the situation. It appears split screen is mainly for consoles, which explains why Cod's optimized for them. However, my gaming journey started with the NES and Genesis, covering nearly all major consoles until I switched to PC last year. With that experience, I can confidently share my thoughts. Since I’ve transitioned to PC, I find it frustrating to see such a key feature absent in PC games. Ark Survival Evolved now supports split screen on Xbox One but not on PC. Don't starve is also offering split screen on consoles, yet it’s missing from PC. Why isn’t it available for PC? Do they think we’re isolated individuals without connections? My PC has significantly more USB ports than a console, making it actually well-suited for split screen performance.

People are getting upset these days... @ leelaa14, you should relax, the AllHokage's point was right.

I don't think this qualifies as a life issue. There's no reason this has to become worthy of you bolding text lol

It's not about personal experience, just observing many debates about split screen on PC. I thought I was addressing someone who opposes it, so I offered a perspective to clarify why it's a trivial concern. No personal narrative here. Interestingly, split screen is also becoming less popular on consoles these days, though a few exceptions remain. Yet titles like Borderlands: The Collection support 4-player split screen, so why not bring that feature to PC? As I stated earlier, my point remains sound and I support it. (Excluding the rest of the silly remarks, which I later retracted.)

Additionally, dividing the screen puts more pressure on the hardware. Modern consoles also face challenges in running AAA games at high resolutions like 900p or 1080p.

In my country, it means he’s directing his frustration onto others. For example, if he loses his job, people might blame someone else instead of addressing the issue himself.

It's becoming standard to involve local co-ops whenever feasible. Why not Ark? Don't let the situation turn tragic—four lives lost, including two, in Borderlands. Franchises like Minecraft are already splitting screens, and PC isn't the only limitation. We have the hardware to handle it.

For a single player, two distinct inputs would be necessary. The PC version is too complicated to manage with a controller.
