Yeah; that's a good choice. Never owned one, but looks OK with a good feature set.
There are B series variants of Ice.
And micro ATX Ice also.
If she is willing to wait on Arrow Lake, Ice boards have been announced.

I haven't found any B760 version ICE motherboards listed on the gigabyte website. Could you provide a link or more details?

Ahh. I didn't notice that one because my focus was mainly on ATX motherboards. Generally, in bigger cases, having mATX, DTX, or ITX boards looks worse. Since appearance mattered to me, I chose the cheapest ICE motherboard with a 700 chipset and ATX size.

Apologies for missing your message. The primary purpose of the PC would likely be gaming at 1080p, I think.

At 14600k, your CPU and motherboard will be damaged. The processor overheats due to too much power usage. Even when idle, the power use remains extremely high, making it unsuitable for running a basic PC.
