Choosing AMD and CPU could provide a significantly better Nvidia GPU. The price of the AM5 platform motherboard and CPU has fallen a lot.

When selecting a CPU, I suggest looking into options suitable for AMD processors. For memory, ensure you have enough RAM to support your needs. The exact specifications will depend on your usage, but these guidelines can help.

Her goal is to construct a PC. The main reasons are clear. She might prioritize spending more on the CPU and less on the graphics card, or the opposite. It depends on what she needs. Let her explain, then we can advise.

This isn't accurate; opting for an Intel build remains more economical compared to an AMD build when utilizing AM5.
That's not the kind of power supply you should consider for anything beyond the most basic gaming PCs.
Here are some suggestions, both with and without the unnecessary 400 dollar case.
Saving nearly a third of your budget on a case isn't advisable for mainstream budget builds.
Below are a few recommendations, whether you need or not the extra 400 dollar case.

She is looking for a white motherboard. Would you recommend the 14600K? I think it’s unlikely she’ll be overclocking, so a B series board with an unlocked CPU might be fine. Also, does the 14600K need an AIO or can an air cooler work? She also wants a white version of this model.

B series is completely fine with a 14600k, however, you have to be mindful of the cheaper motherboards because some of them wont handle the 14600k with their poor VRMs. The motherboard I linked is silver/white over the majority of the board. Spending so much on aesthetics is not recommended, however here is a decent board that is white.

Again....what are the purposes of this machine??
If it's about gaming, please inform us about the games and their settings.
If gaming isn't the main goal, let me know.
For white motherboards, consider the Gigabyte Aorus Elite "Ice" line. There are options for Intel and possibly some for AMD.
There are both Intel B series and Intel Z series models.
Prices start around 200.
You should be able to find good power supplies in white as well, along with RAM.
If she prefers a completely white theme, an air cooler works fine for a 14600K. You might want to swap a black fan for a white one if you can't find a cooler that includes a white fan.
